We beat the yolks with sugar and little marsala wine .
Then add the mascarpone and mix well. Add whites.
We soak biscuits with coffee .
Now we lay a tray with the biscuits we cover with the cream. We repeatedly repeat the operation. Let’s rest in the fridge for an hour. We serve with bitter cocoa powder on top. Enjoy your meal.
