1) Create a flour volcano, add a pinch of salt, break the eggs in the middle and start mixing them with a fork. Then, use your hands to knead until you get a homogeneous mixture.

2) Use the pasta machine to create the sheets of pasta and go on to cut the strips for the tagliatelle.

3) Cook the pasta in abundant salted water for 3 minutes. Drain and mix with the sauce. Enjoy your meal like a home cook!

Potato Gnocchi

Potato gnocchi is a traditional Italian pasta dish made from potatoes and flour:

1) Boil the potatoes in plenty of cold water for about 20 โ€“ 25 minutes.
